West Pokot County Agro-Ecology Policy Forum

The County Government of West Pokot, through the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Irrigation, in collaboration with BIBA Kenya, ACF, ADS, and other stakeholders, continued discussions at Kalya Hotel to refine the final draft of the West Pokot County Agro-Ecology Policy.

Notable attendees included County Solicitor Philip Magal, West Pokot County Assembly Chairperson for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Sector Akasile Emmanuel, and County Director of Agriculture Philip Tingaa.

Stakeholders were urged to support the policy for successful implementation, reinforcing a shared commitment to sustainable agroecology in West Pokot.
