GOVERNOR KACHAPIN TOURS KASEI WARD TO ASSESS AND COMMISSION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Governor Simon Kachapin flanked by his deputy Robert Komolle commissioned Lelmola, Chepkondol, Chepelion, Chesuswon and Kaptolomwo dispensaries in Kasei Ward aimed at bringing healthcare services closer to the people of Kasei.
Governor Kachapin stressed the importance of health infrastructure, saying his administration has budgeted for it in the Supplementary Budget.

The Governor additionally commissioned 6-room Kamketo Dispensary (maternity wing) and Opol dispensary in Kasei Ward during his two-day visit in Kasei Ward where he also delivered drugs and pharmaceuticals to Kang’oletiang Dispensary.
The two-day of assessment and commissioning of development projects highlighted the county’s commitment to develop key areas such as health infrastructure, road construction and water provision.
Governor Kachapin stressed the pivotal role of health facilities, pledging to further strengthen health services through timely provision of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
The governor later visited Romos area, and assured the locals of his commitment to ensure the availability of water and good road network.
He pledged to ensure peace is attained, noting that NPRs will be deployed to help improve security. Governor Kachapin also committed to ensuring that Kongai Dam is expanded and more boreholes are drilled to enhance access to clean water for both domestic use and animals.
