Governor Simon Kachapin participated in a collaborative session with Frontier Counties Development Council Governors chaired by Governor Mohamud Ali.

This session aimed to prioritize the urgent socio-economic needs of the region and promote peace through a unified "FCDC Governors Position Paper."

Additionally, Governor Kachapin engaged in discussions with Sitoyo Lopokoyit, CEO of MPESA Africa, exploring potential collaboration areas such as infrastructure development for schools, healthcare, and network connectivity in the county.
