Governor Kachapin Commissions ELCK Muino Vocational Training Center

Governor Simon Kachapin commissioned the ELCK Muino Vocational Training Center, marking a significant milestone in promoting skills development in Muino location and the entire Weiwei Ward.
As the first technical training institution in Muino and the second in Weiwei Ward, the center is set to provide crucial skills and opportunities to young professionals in the area.
The institution has already enrolled 40 pioneer students who are undertaking courses in tailoring and dressmaking, masonry, and carpentry. These programs aim to equip them with essential skills that will enhance their employability and contribute to the county's economic growth.
In support of this initiative, the governor's administration also supplied mattresses, blankets, and foodstuff to ensure that students have the necessary resources for their studies.
Governor Kachapin emphasized that the initiative is part of his broader commitment to fostering skill development among the youth. "This is part of my ongoing commitment and vision to ensure that young people in our county develop skills that will spur economic growth and create jobs," he stated.
The new vocational training center is expected to play a key role in the economic advancement of the county by empowering the youth with practical skills and creating job opportunities.
