Governor Collaborates with Partners to Promote Sustainable Peace and Development

Jeninah Kabiswa,Country Director World Renew, Dr. Allan Waihumbu, Executive Director of Way of Peace, Simon Osundwa and Jacob Opara both of world Renew,Bishop Oleapus of the ACK diocese of Nakuru, Madam Josphine of ADS North Rift and Rev. Simon today paid a courtesy call to Governor Simon Kachapin at his official residence.in Kapenguria .

The team together with the governor discussed sustainable peace and development that involves addressing the causes of conflict, promoting social justice, environmental sustainability, and economic growth that will benefit the society.

"We are ready to collaborate with our partnering organizations. My administration will invest in education and healthcare, promote gender equality, and support local communities which are key aspects in achieving sustainable peace and development," said the Governor.

Present at the meeting were County Executive Committee member for PSM and ICT Martin Lottee, Chief officers Muda Loshangole (PSM and ICT), David Chepelion (special program), Chief of Staff Tyno Rotino, Jackline Ripo and Rev. Jackson Alukusia.
