County GIS Officers Receive Advanced Training with Support from EU-Funded Initiative

Officers from the County Department of Lands, Physical Planning, and Urban Development, specifically the GIS section, participated in their fourth GIS training session. The training was conducted by Moses Kimani from Lentera Africa, with support from E4Impact, funded by the European Union.

The Geographic Information System training is crucial as it enhances the technical team's ability to utilize spatial data effectively, leading to improved decision-making, greater efficiency, and increased competitiveness.
