Saving Mothers organization is undertaking a five days free medical camp for reproductive system for mothers at Kapenguria County hospital starting today.

The team of doctors led by President and Co founder Taraneh Shirazian earlier today met with H.E Governor Simon Kachapin at his residence before officially opening the medical camp.
The organization is helping mothers with complications such as Fibroid, Fistula, over bleeding and other reproductive system complications.

Saving Mother is a key stakeholder in the Health sector as they have donated two ultrasound machines worth 12 million that has enabled mothers’ access free obstetric scan at Kapenguria County hospital.

There is an also ongoing discussion on the possibility to initiate Kapenguria Telemedicine Referral Unit and services at the hospital in collaboration with the Count y government.

The Governor thanked the organization for the great initiative aimed at improving health care for mother terming the partnership a great move towards improving healthcare in the County.
